Test Your Knowledge of Calorie Values

Calorie counting can be a bore and it isn’t necessary once you become familiar with the values making up your low calorie meals.
Until then, it can be useful to get to know roughly how many calories you are consuming; and to understand that some of the foods you may think are very low in calories are not necessarily so.
You can put your knowledge of calories to the test here.
As near as possible the calorie values given are for individual items of food, or for a 28 grams (1 ounce) portion. Make your choice from the three possible answers given and give yourself two points for every one you get right.
